Do you have a skill or
knowledge you can share with adults? If you have a course you would be
prepared to instruct, please send a course outline and your
qualifications to the Director. |

| Café |
| |
Our café service offering a
variety of snacks with tea and coffee available from 6:30pm.
Courses of two hours or more will
take a break during the evening. |
| Fees and
Materials |
| |
- Fees vary according to length of class and the
nature of course. Fees cover tuition only.
- Some
courses will require you to bring/purchase
materials i.e. Pottery, Picture Framing, Jewellery & Bead,
Metalcraft, Stone Carving, Dress Making and Soft Furnishing. Please
check at Enrolment.
- Newpark Comprehensive receives no public or
other funding for its Adult Education courses.

All courses are offered
subject to there being sufficient demand and a teacher being available. |
| Reduced
Prices |
| |
Reduced fees are available for
the unemployed, Senior Citizens or those taking two or more courses.
Ask at the Enrolment Centre for details. |
| Length of
Courses |
| |
In general, all courses
offered are of ten weeks or one terms duration, however there are
several exceptions to this rule. Some courses last for only five weeks,
others for six or nine weeks. Some courses are designed to run over
twenty weeks (two terms) or thirty weeks (three terms). When booking
your place on a course please pay particular attention as to how long
your course actually is. |
| Certificate
and Diploma Courses |

Some courses lead to
the awarding of recognised qualifications and diplomas to students who
successfully complete their course. Newpark Certificates of Completion
are available on request to those who have fully completed their course. |
